Fang Kitchen

Kathy Fang is chef owner of Fang, a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco offering a fresh take on dishes influenced by Northern and Southern China's Cuisine. The daughter of famed House of Nanking chef/owner Peter Fang, has emerged from her renowned culinary family to enliven the San Francisco food scene. She has been on Guy's Grocery Games, Cut Throat Kitchen and has won Food Network's Chopped twice. Outside of running Fang and House of Nanking, she loves sharing her passion for food and cooking through channels such as Discovery Channel, CNN, Travel Show and The Today Show. She recently published her first cookbook, Easy Asian Cookbook. Always looking to do new things, Chef Fang has started to create her own hot sauces out of Fang Kitchen inspired by her travels to Xian and Guilin.
